Foreword

This workship is organized by some NTU researchers and and Japanese Young Robotics Researchers Group "HUROBINT". The purpose is to discuss upcomming robotics issues and exchange the knowledge and technology through Oral presenations and panel discussions, Labratory tours, and Banquet.
